Job Description

Customer Success Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-obsessed Customer Success Specialist to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most value out of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional support

- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation

- Identify opportunities for growth and upsell/cross-sell

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Develop and execute customer success plans

- Provide regular customer progress updates and feedback

Requirements:

- 2+ years of customer success experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Customer-focused mindset and passion for customer success

- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
