Job Overview PatchPlus is looking for a SME to provide multi-disciplined security support. The position will provide support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access activities while being responsive and flexible in dynamic and evolving security situations. This individual may also be appointed and act as the Government Security Officer when needed. The contractor must be able/willing to work temporarily in austere locations in industrial environments and engage in physical activity such as bending and lifting heavy items for periods often beyond the normal duty day.

Responsibilities / Duties - Prepare/present briefings, graphics, and visuals for/to leadership as required in support of Program/Unit activities
- Prepare security paperwork
- Assist in access control and perform escort duties for visitors.
- Perform self-inspections; identify security discrepancies, and report security incidents.
- Support security inspections; identify security discrepancies, assist in report preparation.
- Perform classification reviews ensuring proper derivative classification
- Populate and update security databases (e.g., suspense tracking, personnel access, facility, POA&Ms, etc.) in the performance of duties assigned.
- Act as the Government Security Officer when required.
- Develop and maintain accreditation documents like Construction Security Plans (CSP) and Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC).
- Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges
- Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information
- Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element Follow and enforce the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures Provide support for security awareness and education programs
- Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the COR or Government Security Representative
- Perform data entry and record checks in the Joint Access Database (JADE) and maintain all customer sponsored personnel access information
- Develop and implement security plans for AFSPC operations, test & evaluation, and deployment activities
- Assist with management of alarm systems (inspections, troubleshooting, after-hours alarm response, etc)
- Develop and maintain physical security documents
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Requirements - US Citizenship
- TOP SECRET (SCI eligible) Security clearance
- Willingness to submit to CI poly
- Bachelor’s Degree + 10 years of total security experience
- Associate’s Degree + 14 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications - Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR) (note – could be extensive, and will include both air and ground transportation)
Additional Comments - Offers contingent on contract award
- Start date Approx 1 March 2026
- Must complete all position-specific approved training within six months of starting on contract
