We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van fleet based out of Prairie du Chien, WI. Drivers run steady round-trip Midwest freight with predictable routes, preloaded trailers, and dependable miles. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers who want consistent earnings, simple retail freight, and regular home time.
Home Time: Every 1–2 weeks with a 34-hour reset
Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400 (based on experience)
Weekly Miles: ~1,000+ miles with consistent retail freight
Pay Scale:
0–6 months: $0.52 CPM
7–12 months: $0.53 CPM
12–24 months: $0.54 CPM
25–36 months: $0.545 CPM
37–48 months: $0.55 CPM
48+ months: $0.56 CPM
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Freight Type: 100% no-touch
Loads: Preloaded / drop & hook
Shifts: Day or night
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: Based on customer operation
Weather: Winter/icy conditions expected (Midwest regional)
