We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level PR & Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team! No prior experience is required — we provide full paid training and hands-on mentorship to help you succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Support PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach initiatives
Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and competitor communications
Assist with community engagement programs to enhance client visibility
Draft, edit, and proofread press materials, social media content, and internal communications
Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
Collaborate with team members to develop creative messaging and communication strategies
Track and report on PR campaign performance and media coverage
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive, coachable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in media relations, community outreach, and strategic communications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Paid training to develop skills in PR, communications, and media management
Hands-on experience with public relations campaigns, community outreach, and event communications
