Home Daily | Night Shift | $1,600 Weekly Guarantee | Class A | Hazmat Required
Position Overview:
Join our Final Mile dedicated account based in La Crosse, Wisconsin , serving stores across Minnesota and Wisconsin . This is a nighttime position running Tuesday through Saturday with departures between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM . Drivers make unattended overnight deliveries using 26’ straight trucks with lift gates and are home daily after each shift.
Pay & Bonuses:
Mileage Pay: $0.45 per mile (increases annually up to $0.53/mile)
Hourly Pay: $16.75/hour
Stop Pay: $24 per stop (26–29 stops per week)
Weekly Guarantee: $1,600 (must complete full 5-day schedule)
Average Weekly Pay: $1,736 – Top earners up to $1,900/week
Average Annual Pay: $85,000+
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 on first paycheck, $500 after 60 days)
Referral Bonus: $3,000 ($1,000 on 2nd check, 60 days, and 120 days)
Schedule & Home Time:
Primary schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (overnight)
Departures: Between 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Routes: 1,900–2,100 miles/week , 26–29 stops
Home daily , no layovers

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
12 months recent straight truck experience
Hazmat endorsement required
Must be available full week (no sick/vacation days for guaranteed pay)
No pets or passengers
Equipment & Freight:
2020 and newer 26’ straight trucks with lift gates
Deliver automotive parts using an electric pallet jack
May handle returns
