Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide Desktop Support. The primary responsibilities include deploying single sign-on badges and new systems, as well as refreshing computers to align with new application requirements. This role also involves workstation refreshes. Key Responsibilities: + Deploy single sign-on badges and new systems. + Refresh computers to meet new application recommendations. + Perform workstation refreshes. + Provide on-site support in Sioux Falls and travel to other locations as needed. Requirements: + Ability to be on-site in Sioux Falls. + Willingness to travel to other locations as needed. Additional Skills and Qualifications Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
