Inventory Supervisor

We’re seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and drive inventory accuracy across a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Fairfield, CA. This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with Packaging, Warehouse, Procurement, and Production to ensure processes run smoothly and SAP data remains reliable.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee daily inventory control operations

• Manage and coach a team of 4 Inventory Control Coordinators

• Drive cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation efforts

• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives

• Split time between the floor (30%) and desk-based work (70%)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in inventory control (5+ years total IC experience)

• Strong background in cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory execution

• Proven analytical skills with experience in RCA and corrective actions

• Ability to collaborate with leadership and present insights effectively

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

The budgeted pay for this role is $38-40/hour.
