JOB REQUIREMENTS: Office Manager Full-Time (MondayFriday, 8 AM 4 PM) We
are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate daily office operations, ensure efficient communication between departments, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. What You\'ll Do Coordinate service and deliveries Answer calls, dispatch drivers or service staff, and keep detailed, organized notes. Manage financial records Prepare invoices, process payments, run reports, and help keep accounts current. Maintain great customer relationships Keep account information accurate, plan orders ahead of delivery routes, and send monthly statements. Organize and support Keep files up to date, manage supplies, handle emails, and work closely with the website manager to keep information current.
