As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital products, bringing together a high level of quality in design and holistic thinking. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design solutions that fulfil user needs and align with the organisation's goals.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design process from conceptualization through final execution, transforming complex problems into intuitive and usable solutions.
Conduct and present qualitative and quantitative research and incorporate findings into mobile and web experiences.
Communicate your design solutions to stakeholders and team members through clear, compelling presentations and documentation.
Actively contribute to our design system, leveraging existing patterns, and proposing innovative ones as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure a smooth transition from concept to implementation.
Maintain a high level of proficiency in various design tools and applications, and integrate interactive prototypes, motion, and transitions into your designs.
A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with experience in designing and launching consumer-facing digital products.
In-depth knowledge of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in design, and ability to integrate them into your work.
Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and interactive prototyping tools.
Ability to work with and evolve existing design systems.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to clearly articulate problem and solution spaces.
Proficiency in developing distinct conceptual design directions during the ideation process and articulating their unique advantages and disadvantages.
Strong passion for design and a relentless work ethic.
Openness to feedback and an eagerness to learn and improve.
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think holistically.
Proactive, self-directed, and capable of managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
