Job Description

Title: Project Coordinator
Location: San Antonio
Telework Policy: 90% remote with possibility of client sites from time-to-time
Duration: 8 to 12 months, possibly longer

Skills Required: 
  • Project coordination
  • Complex spreadsheets
  • Data analysis
  • Financial reports
  • Reporting to executives


Skills Preferred:

  • Sharepoint and/or ServiceNow
  • CRM systems
  • Education systems background 


Duties: Assist with the development, refinement and documentation of department:

  • Provide project support
  • Assist the team with process documentation and setup
  • Support process improvement
  • Data automation
  • Modify project tracking system
  • Assist the Financial Analysis
  • Assist with automated Reports for Management and Stakeholders
  • Support Human Resources transactions
  • Process review and documentation for team and management
  • Assist development, modification, and documentation of operations
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures 
  • Assist with Internal controls
  • Assist with form development
  • Assist with ServiceNow management
  • Assist with file migration utilizing SharePoint and ServiceNow
