Basic Qualifications Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience.
Clearance Requirements :
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, youll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test.

- Experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques
- Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry, constraint manager, HyperLynx SI/PI analysis
- Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas

Combined Salary Range USD $170,382.00 - USD $189,018.00 /Yr.
