Job Description

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and possess a current New Mexico Level 1 Security License to be considered for the position. The security officer will be responsible for monitoring a construction site. We are seeking both full-time, part-time, and flex security officers for all shifts. A $250 sign-on bonus will be awarded after 90 days of employment, contingent upon a favorable performance review.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
