We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our growing Home Health team. The Home Health Aide provides home health care tasks to residents who are on home health services. As a Home Health Aide you will provide care tasks such as personal care, medication reminders, and follow a plan of care for each resident on services. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent or actively pursuing their diploma or GED. Must provide documentation on one of the following: Registered in the State of Indiana, in good standing, as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Registered in the State of Indiana, in good standing, as a Home Health Aide. Successful completion of 75 hours of training as a Home Health Aide as required in state and federal regulations, successful completion of the Home Health Aide Competency and Skills testing, and eligible state registration. (free certification program provided) Certified in Cardio-Pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (free certification will be provided if not current) One year experience in home health care is preferred.
