**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team, focusing on constructing and finishing concrete structures with precision. The role involves working with various tools and equipment, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build, set, and align forms for duct banks and related concrete structures.
+ Place, consolidate, and finish concrete to specified grades, textures, and tolerances.
+ Install conduit and other embedded items within duct banks according to plans and specifications.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment effectively and safely.
+ Strip, clean, and prepare formwork for reuse.
+ Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
+ Collaborate closely with crew members, equipment operators, and supervisors to ensure timely and quality production.
+ Monitor and maintain concrete curing conditions to meet structural requirements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 2 years' experience in concrete forming and finishing in heavy civil or utility construction.
+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
+ Knowledge of safe use of carpentry tools, concrete finishing tools, and related equipment.
+ Ability to work in confined spaces and focus on safety and quality workmanship.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
